Ian’s Body Works has been Winston-Salem’s number one choice for quality collision repair since 1974. Over the years our main goal has always been complete customer satisfaction. Being an independently owned and operated company, we rely on repeat and referred customers as our primary sources of business. Therefore we work extra hard to satisfy our customer’s needs. Quality repairs and excellent customer service are the reason more than 20,000 satisfied customers have had their cars and trucks repaired at Ian’s Body Works.

EQUIPMENT
Repairing a vehicle today is a lot different than it was 5 or 10 years ago. Plastics, Uni-body construction, aluminum, and other high tech advances in vehicle design have changed the way cars are made and the way they are repaired. We have made investments in the tools and equipment needed to repair these modern vehicles. The Car-O-Liner computerized frame measuring and pulling system pictured below can measure and repair a vehicle down to the millimeter as per factory specifications. Once the body repairs are completed, heated downdraft paint booths restore your cars factory Urethane finish.

STAFF
The equipment mentioned above will only perform as it is intended if a trained technician operates it. Therefore, all of our production employees are trained in the latest repair techniques by I-Car, which is the leading training organization for collision repair technicians. They also receive on going training from our equipment manufacturers as well as from our paint manufacturer. Equally import is our experienced office staff. Whether it is arranging a rental car, negotiating with your insurance company or any other function, our friendly customer service representatives will take care of all your needs.

WARRANTY
Because we are so confident in the quality of our repairs, Ian’s Body Works is proud to offer a lifetime limited warrantee. Any repairs we do are guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle. This includes both the body repairs and any associated paintwork. Unlike other warrantees, ours is not pro-rated. If we paint your car and it has a covered defect we will repaint it at no charge even if it happens 5 or 10 years later. All parts used during the coarse of repair are warranted as per the manufacturer.
